Shipping & Returns

Every item in our store is made to order and fulfilled by a print-on-demand partner. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your gear is produced specifically for you after you place your order. This lets us offer a wide range of patriot designs without compromise on quality.

Because each product is produced individually, shipping costs and production timeframes vary by product type. Most items have a production time of 2–7 business days, plus shipping time based on the method you select (Standard or Priority). Exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page and confirmed at checkout.

Important: We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to carrier restrictions. Please provide a physical street address. We currently ship to US addresses only.

If your order includes multiple items they may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Texas in accordance with state law. As we grow, we may be required to collect tax in additional states based on economic nexus thresholds.

Tax amounts are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and the type of product you are purchasing. The exact tax amount will be displayed before you complete your order.

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review the size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Damaged or defective items are a different matter. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please first check with neighbors and your building's mail area. If it still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, reach out and we will investigate.
