1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RedWhiteAndTrueGear.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Site or services. The Site is operated by RWT Gear LLC.

2. Products and Orders

All products sold on this Site are custom print-on-demand items produced by Printful upon receipt of your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Product colors and sizes may vary slightly from images shown on the Site
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion with a full refund
• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have entered production
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs agencies

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address and applicable law.

4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners and shipped from their production facilities. Shipping times vary by product and supplier. Estimated production and shipping times are listed on individual product pages.

• Shipping options: Standard and Priority shipping are available. Exact costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address.
• PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to carrier restrictions from our fulfillment partners. Please provide a physical street address.
• US shipping only: We currently ship within the United States only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom print-on-demand items, our return policy is as follows:

• Defective or damaged items: We will replace or refund any item that arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
• Wrong size or color ordered: Because items are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
• Lost packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship at no additional charge.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and designs — is owned by RWT Gear LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, where RWT Gear LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Henderson County, Texas.
